However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we’re here to help with a smooth and transparent return and refund process.
All flutes and musical products purchased from foxitmusical.in are eligible for return. This includes our Bamboo Flutes, Acrylic Fiber Flutes, PVC Flutes, and other related musical items.
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and free from any physical or cosmetic damage. Returns made after this period will not be accepted.
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process a full refund or exchange as per your request. Refunds are issued within 2–3 business days via the original payment method. We do not charge any restocking fee.
We cover the return shipping costs. To initiate a return, simply contact our support team. Once approved, we’ll schedule a free pickup of your product.

If you’d like to exchange your flute for another type or size, we are happy to help. Exchanges follow the same return process and are shipped after return verification.
